So, the harvest is over, very good year per quantity and quality!
I'm taking care of the deliveries now, and here finally the cold is arrived....which makes more Christmass....

Sorry everibody, the harvest began and i have no time to write anymore....

In a couple of weeks i will be ready to deliver oil all over the world!

The Bactrocera or Dacus olea is the fly that put her eggs into the olives, and when the egg became a bug, he eat the olive so when it's pressed the oil is sooooo bad.

If we spray, we kill the eggs, and our traps tell us that now it's the moment to do it.

Those traps attract males, which to us means that there are also the females.....so we spry now, using the smaller ammount of product and at the same time having the better result.

I love tecnologies improvements.

Finally it's arrived! the last time we had it, was May! so....this is so good for olives, but naturally also for the bugs...

Same more guests are arrived on Saturday, nice people.

Tv says that, this one, will be another great sunny week, mostly hot...it's still summer in Vinacciano!.......but today i was in Prato for the computer, and according to the traffic...everibody is back to work!

We keep monitoring flyes traps,....soon we'll need to spray olives.
